About Pippa

With over a decade in luxury fashion, I moved from the shop floor into leadership roles at NET-A-PORTER and MATCHES, building high-performing personal shopping teams and clienteling strategies that delivered strong commercial results.

That experience shaped my belief that long-term growth in luxury is driven by relationships first - when clients feel understood and valued, the commercial results follow.

Today, I work with luxury brands to strengthen relationships with high-value clients, and with women in the fashion industry seeking clarity and confidence in their next career move.
