Hi, I’m Pippa.

I spent over a decade in luxury fashion, starting on the shop floor before moving into regional and global leadership roles at NET-A-PORTER and MATCHES, where I built and led high-performing personal shopping teams and developed clienteling strategies that delivered strong commercial results.

Working closely with both clients and retail teams shaped the way I see the luxury industry: the brands that succeed long-term are the ones that prioritise relationships first. When clients feel understood and valued, the commercial results follow naturally.

In 2024, being made redundant gave me the space to step back and rethink what I wanted my work to look like. I trained as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach (EMCC accredited) and built a business that allows me to combine the parts of my career I care about most: working with people and helping the fashion industry evolve in healthier, more sustainable ways.

Today my work sits across two areas.

I work with luxury brands to design clienteling strategies and personal shopping programmes that help retail teams build stronger relationships with high-value clients and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Alongside this, I coach ambitious women in the fashion and lifestyle industries who have built successful careers but feel ready for more clarity about what comes next. Many have spent years prioritising work and other people’s expectations, and reach a point where they want to step back and reconnect with what they actually want for their own lives and careers.

That work is deeply personal to me. For much of my life I struggled with confidence and looked externally for answers about what I should do next. Learning how to quiet that noise and trust my own instincts changed everything.

Now I partner with women to help them do the same - creating space to think clearly, recognise the choices available to them and build careers that feel both successful and sustainable.

Both sides of my work keep me connected to an industry I love, while allowing me to focus on the thing that has always mattered most to me: helping people and businesses grow through stronger relationships, clarity and confidence.
