About Pippa
I’ve spent over a decade in the fashion industry, working my way from the shop floor into personal shopping leadership roles at NET-A-PORTER and MATCHES.
I've experienced many of the things my clients bring to coaching: progressing into bigger roles, managing and developing teams, navigating the pace and politics of the industry, questioning what I wanted next, and eventually building a business of my own.
In 2024, I was made redundant. It forced me to stop and properly consider what I actually wanted from the next stage of my career and life, rather than automatically continuing along the path I'd been on.
After qualifying as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and becoming an EMCC Senior Practitioner, I began coaching across the fashion industry, from senior leaders progressing within established businesses to founders and creatives building their own.
Today, I combine accredited executive coaching with 15+ years of experience working and leading in fashion, giving my clients a confidential space to step back, think differently and turn what they want into focused action.
