Fashion Career Coaching
I help ambitious, experienced women connect the dots between who they are, what they want from their fashion career, and what comes next.
Whether you’re navigating progression, burnout, a career transition, or simply questioning what success looks like for you now, this work helps you move forward confidently, in a way that feels more sustainable and fits your life today.
A Considered Approach to Career Growth in Fashion
The fashion industry moves quickly.
Over time, it becomes easy to prioritise progression, expectations and external validation without stepping back to ask whether the path you’re on still fits who you are now.
Many women reach a point where:
their confidence at work has shifted
the pressure of the industry no longer feels sustainable
they’ve outgrown their current role
they want more meaning, creativity or flexibility
they’re questioning what success actually looks like for them now
This work creates space to step back, think clearly and move forward intentionally, through honest conversation grounded in both executive coaching practice and real experience inside the fashion industry.

About Pippa
I’ve spent over a decade in the fashion industry, working my way from the shop floor into personal shopping leadership roles at NET-A-PORTER and MATCHES.
From the outside, my career looked successful, but behind that, I was often second-guessing myself, masking, and pushing through the pace and pressure that comes with working in fashion.
I know what it feels like to have the dream job on paper while quietly questioning whether it still fits who you are.
In 2024, I was made redundant. It forced me to stop and properly consider what I actually wanted next, rather than continuing on a path that no longer felt right for me.
After qualifying as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and becoming an EMCC Senior Practitioner, I built a coaching practice focused on helping women in fashion navigate career clarity, progression and reinvention in a more thoughtful and sustainable way.
Today, I combine executive coaching, fashion industry mentoring and strategic career guidance to help women move forward with more confidence, self-awareness and direction.
