The Pattern Edit: Define the next step in your fashion career.
Figure out what’s keeping you stuck and create a clear plan to move forward in this one-off fashion career coaching session, designed for experienced women in the fashion industry who want more clarity, confidence and direction in their work and life.
Through a self-paced reflective workbook and private 90-minute strategy session, you’ll uncover what’s no longer working, identify what you really want from your career, and leave with practical next steps to help you move forward with confidence.
Most women come to The Pattern Edit at a decision point.
From the outside, things probably look successful - you’ve built a credible career in the fashion industry, worked hard to get where you are, and delivered at a high level for years.
But internally, something no longer feels quite right.
You’ve spent years building a successful career in fashion, but lately something feels off. The role still looks good on paper, yet you can’t ignore the feeling that you’ve outgrown something. You keep circling the same questions:
Should you stay?
Push for promotion?
Pivot?
Launch something of your own?
Leave fashion entirely?
You know you’re capable of more, but the next step doesn’t feel obvious.
You need space to think clearly, honest reflection, and support from someone who understands both the reality of the fashion industry and the complexity of navigating change within it.
Successful on paper, but feeling stuck in your fashion career?
What if your next career move actually fit the life you want now?
Imagine having complete clarity on what you want your next chapter to look like.
Not five possible futures you’re endlessly analysing.
One clear direction.
You understand what’s been keeping you stuck, what no longer fits, and what needs to change moving forward.
You stop second-guessing yourself and start making decisions from a grounded, confident place.
Instead of staying trapped in indecision, you leave with:
a clearer sense of direction
deeper understanding of your patterns and motivations
confidence in your next career move
practical next steps you can act on immediately
That’s the purpose of The Pattern Edit.
Not to reinvent your life overnight.
But to help you think clearly enough to make your next move intentionally.
The Pattern Edit: Strategy Session
The Pattern Edit is a private fashion career coaching session designed to help you untangle where you are now, what’s no longer working, and what you want next.
The Pattern Edit Workbook
Before our session, you’ll complete my signature guided reflection workbook.
This is a focused self-reflection process designed to help you explore:
your career story so far
patterns in your professional decisions
values, motivations and ambitions
confidence and identity at work
what energises you and what drains you
what success means to you now
where you may have outgrown your current role or environment
This self paced stage typically takes around 2–3 hours and is designed to help you reflect more deeply and strategically about your career than you may have before.
Before our 1:1 strategy session, I’ll identify the key themes, patterns and observations emerging from your reflections to discuss together.
Your Private Strategy Session
During our 90-minute 1:1 session, we’ll explore:
what surfaced through the workbook
where your next move may be pointing
practical options and opportunities available to you
realistic next steps to help you move forward
The focused session combines fashion industry mentoring, executive coaching, strategic thinking and practical guidance depending on what support you need most.
Your Personalised Action Plan
Following our session, you’ll receive personalised written notes and a clear action plan within 24 hours, allowing you to stay fully present during our conversation together.
All reflections and conversations are handled personally and confidentially, with no AI connected to your workbook or coaching process.

What Clients Achieve Through The Pattern Edit.
Clients don’t always leave the fashion industry - what changes first is how they see themselves inside it.
They stop endlessly replaying the same career questions without taking action, and they feel calmer, clearer and more grounded in their decisions.
Some decide to pursue promotion and leadership opportunities inside the industry.
Some pivot into more creative, strategic or flexible roles.
They all know they need a version of success that fits who they are now and at the stage of their life they’re in now and their priorities inside and outside of work.
The outcome is clarity.
A clear direction. A clear decision. A clear plan.
After two decades in the fashion industry, I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to begin. I had a great job on paper and a stable salary, yet I felt disconnected and drained.
What’s special about Pippa is not just what she says, but how she holds space. She helped me connect the dots in ways I couldn’t see on my own.
I’m now building a career that feels aligned with my values and the life I actually want to live.
— Fashion & Lifestyle Brand Consulant (Ex Senior Buyer)
About me
Hi, I’m Pippa.
I’ve spent over a decade in luxury fashion at NET-A-PORTER, Liberty, Mulberry and MATCHES, leading global personal shopping teams and managing high-performing teams in fast-moving commercial environments.
I know what it feels like to build a successful career in fashion while quietly questioning whether the version of success you’ve worked so hard for still fits.
After navigating burnout, redundancy and a major career transition myself, I qualified as an EMCC-accredited Executive Coach and built a business focused on helping ambitious women in fashion navigate career clarity, progression and reinvention.
Today, I combine executive coaching, fashion industry mentoring and strategic career guidance to help women build careers that feel both commercially successful and personally sustainable.

Most career coaching focuses immediately on CVs, interview prep, networking or confidence.
The women I work with are already capable, experienced and high-achieving.
What’s usually missing is clarity.
The Pattern Edit helps you understand why your career no longer feels aligned, what patterns may be keeping you stuck, and what you genuinely want next before making another move.
This is thoughtful, industry-specific coaching designed for women navigating the realities of working in fashion.
There’s no fixed curriculum and no generic pathway. Every session is shaped around you, your context, and where you’re heading. It’s thoughtful, strategic work that holds up in the real world of fashion.
-
YThe Pattern Edit is best suited to thoughtful, ambitious women working in fashion who:
feel stuck or uncertain about their next move
are navigating a career transition or decision point
want clarity around promotion, reinvention or change
are willing to reflect honestly and thoughtfully
want personalised strategic support without committing to a longer coaching programme
-
That’s completely normal - and it’s often the reason people come to this work.
The purpose of The Pattern Edit is to help you better understand what’s no longer working, what matters to you now, and where your next move may be pointing.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
-
Yes, completely.
Everything we discuss stays between us. I don’t share client details or anything about our work together with anyone - including your company, colleagues, or other clients. I also don’t connect to ai during our calls.
Any testimonials you see have been shared with explicit consent, and only first names or initials are used (with permission).
-
I understand how unpredictable fashion and life can be.
If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are treated as complete and can’t be rescheduled.
For genuine emergencies - serious illness, bereavement, or major unforeseen situations - we’ll handle it by mutual agreement, regardless of notice.
-
No, I work with clients globally via Zoom. As long as we can find session times that work across time zones and you’re comfortable working in English, location isn’t an issue.
-
Clients who get the most from this work usually recognise themselves in a few of these points:
They’re thoughtful and self-aware, and open to looking honestly at their patterns
They’re ready to make decisions rather than staying in the same loop
They take responsibility for following through on the actions we identify together
They’re willing to try things differently, even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar
They don’t need to have everything figured out when we start. What matters is being engaged in the process and prepared to act on the clarity we create together.
If that sounds like you, you’ll get real value from this work.
