The True Fit™

A woman with long dark hair and bangs smiling while sitting on a couch in a modern interior, wearing a sweater and light-colored pants, with a large, fluffy fur coat draped over her legs and a closed black notebook on her lap.

You came into the fashion industry for the creativity, the calibre and the challenge, and for a long time, the pace and pressure made sense.

But after a decade in luxury fashion, something has shifted.

You’ve grown.
Your priorities have evolved.
And the way success is currently defined no longer fits the life you want to live.

The late nights, constant availability, and unspoken high expectations were fine in your twenties.

But in your thirties and forties they feel more and more misaligned, and just unsustainable.

On paper, you’ve made it.
Your friends think you’re living the dream.

And yet… there’s a persistent “Is this it?” playing in the background.

You’re still ambitious.
You still want to learn, grow, and be challenged.
You’re just no longer willing to sacrifice your energy, relationships, or sense of self to do it.

The True Fit™ is a 12-week 1:1 partnership for women in luxury fashion who haven’t failed - they’ve simply outgrown where they are.

Together, we’ll define your next move and build a calm, strategic plan that reflects who you are now - whether that’s stepping into a senior role that truly values you, creating space and boundaries that let you switch off guilt-free, or laying the foundations for your own consultancy or business.

This isn’t about starting again.

It’s about evolving intentionally.

Let’s check you’re in the right place:

🤍You’re an empathetic, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent leader. You’re respected by your team and known for delivering at a high level, without needing to shout about it.

🥀 You’ve outgrown rigid, male-dominated leadership models. After yet another restructure or exec shake-up, you’re tired of either matching energy that doesn’t feel like you or shrinking yourself to survive it.

🤍 You have a decade (or more) of experience in luxury or premium fashion, with credible brands on your CV. You bring depth, discernment, and real value — not just hustle.

🥀 Yet you’re not landing the roles you want. Promotions pass you by. Interviews lead nowhere. Feedback is vague or non-existent. Each rejection quietly chips away at your confidence.

🤍 You once loved the glamour - the events, travel, beautiful product, and fascinating people.

🥀 But 10–15 years in, the shine has worn off. Late nights, global time zones, weekend logins, and being permanently “on” no longer feel like a badge of honour. You want a career that still excites you, just not at the expense of everything else in your life.

🤍 You know something better exists for you, and you have the inner drive to build it.

🥀 You’re just stuck on what that looks like and how to move forward without blowing everything up. The decision has been circling in your head for months, and you’re ready to make it confidently and strategically.

🤍 You’re reflective, curious, and willing to do the deeper work. You read, journal, and genuinely want to understand yourself.

🥀 Surface-level tips and affirmations don’t cut it. You don’t need hype, you need insight, strategy, and perspective.

🤍 You’re ready to invest in yourself and take action.

🥀 You want guidance, structure, and accountability, so this doesn’t become another thing you think about but never follow through on.

What’s possible for you:

🤍 You’re clear on what you want, not what you should want. Your non-negotiables are defined, and your next move aligns with the life you actually want to live.

🤍 Your phone lights up at 9pm with a CEO or client request and you don’t feel that familiar spike of anxiety. You know what genuinely needs your attention and what can wait. No guilt. No stress spiral.

🤍 You trust your judgement again. In senior conversations, negotiations, and moments of uncertainty, you hold your ground calmly and clearly — without replaying conversations for days afterward.

🤍 You stop contorting yourself to fit systems that weren’t built for your leadership style. Whether in a senior role or your own business, you’re operating in an environment that respects how you lead.

🤍 Work becomes something you enjoy again. You feel valued, stretched in the right ways, and respected by peers who see your true contribution.

🤍 You move out of analysis paralysis and into calm execution. You have a clear, step-by-step plan - whether that’s positioning yourself for promotion, building a consultancy behind the scenes, or handing in your notice with confidence.

🤍 You stop outsourcing your decisions to expectations, industry norms, or other people’s opinions. You’re grounded in what actually matters to you now and that shows up in how you work, lead, and choose what’s next.

This work is about creating enough clarity, safety, and self-trust to make one considered decision about what the right next move is for you. Then follow it through calmly, with a clear plan in place.

The kind of decision that reflects your experience, your values, and the life you want to live now.

This is exactly what The True Fit™ Journey is designed to support.

More you. More choice. More energy. More purpose🤍

Step 1: The Pattern Edit & Vision Map

Before we begin, you’ll complete a focused reflective workbook that surfaces the themes running through your career, energy, decisions, and desires.

In our first session, I reflect those patterns back to you - what’s been driving your choices, where you’ve been adapting or over-functioning, and what’s no longer sustainable. Together, we begin mapping a clear, grounded vision for what you want this next chapter to feel like and shape the overall direction of our work together.

This step creates the foundation for everything that follows.

Step 2: The Fit Check

We'll use my unique Fit Check Tool™ to define the non-negotiables your work and life must meet now, so your next move fits the person you are today - not who you had to be earlier in your career.

Step 3: The Reclaim

We dismantle the over-functioning, people-pleasing, and self-silencing patterns that have kept you stuck and replace them with boundaries that protect your energy without burning bridges.

Step 4: The Reframe

We clarify and articulate your leadership value in a way that feels grounded and authentic, so you can position yourself confidently at the right level and be recognised for your true contribution.

This is where your confidence stops being internal only and starts translating into how others experience and respond to you.

Step 5: Runway Ready

We build a calm, clear, strategic roadmap for your next move - whether that’s promotion, role change, or your own business foundations - so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and control.

Why work with me?

I've spent over a decade in luxury fashion at Liberty, Mulberry, NET-A-PORTER, and MATCHES, reaching Head of Region level at NET-A-PORTER leading a world-class Personal Shopping team. I navigated the promotions, the restructures, the politics - and eventually, the redundancy.

I was successful on paper, but exhausted underneath. After being made redundant in 2024, I completed my Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification and built my own business around what's important to me now at 38. Not giving everything I have emotionally and physically to someone else's vision.

I've rediscovered my passion for fashion - the creativity, the relationships, the inspiring people - without the burnout I was experiencing in my corporate roles.

I've grown the confidence to charge what I'm worth, and I'm now able to listen to what doesn't feel right and respectfully say no.

That's why I can help you. Not just because I'm a Level 7 Executive Coach, but because I've walked this exact path in this specific industry - and I know what's possible on the other side.

  • Most career or business programmes start with tactics - CVs, interview prep, confidence frameworks, positioning - and assume the clarity and self-trust are already there.

The women I work with don’t lack capability or experience. What’s missing is space to properly unpack why things no longer fit and what actually needs to change before the next move makes sense.

The True Fit™ is 1:1, industry-specific, and deliberately slower at the start. We work on the patterns, pressure, and decision-making that have kept you stuck first. That’s why the practical work later - whether that’s senior interviews, negotiating, stepping into a bigger role, or laying foundations for independence - actually lands.

There’s no fixed curriculum and no generic pathway. Every session is shaped around you, your context, and where you’re heading. It’s thoughtful, strategic work that holds up in the real world of fashion.

  • You’re likely ready if:

    • You’re at a tipping point, so know something has to give, and you can’t keep going like this

    • You’re ready to move forward, not sit in the same loop for another year

    • You’re open to being supported and respectfully challenged

    • You have around 7–10+ years’ experience in fashion at a senior level

This probably isn’t right for you if:

    • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do

    • You’re looking for quick surface level fixes rather than deeper change

    • You’re looking for a full business launch programme (this work focuses on clarity and foundations, not building everything at once)

If you’re unsure, the simplest next step is a free, confidential 30-minute chat. We’ll talk through where you are and whether this is actually the right support for you.

  • That’s completely normal - and it’s often the reason people come to this work.

Most clients arrive feeling societal pressure to have it all figured out. They don’t. The confusion around “Is it still fashion? A different role? Going independent?” is usually part of what’s keeping you stuck in the first place.

The first two sessions - The Pattern Edit and The Fit Check - are designed to work this out properly. We surface what you actually need next, not what looks good on paper or what you think you should want.

Once you’re clear on what energises you and what has to be present for work to feel sustainable, the direction becomes much clearer. From there, we tailor the remaining sessions to support the path you’re choosing and build your version of next.

You don’t need to arrive with the answer - we’ll work through that together.

  • The guaranteed outcome is clarity.

Everyone who comes through this work understands themselves better - how they make decisions, where they get stuck, and what they actually want next. Confidence, boundaries, and self-trust improve because that’s what we work on directly.

External outcomes vary. Some clients land senior roles or step into Director-level positions. Others decide not to chase the next title and instead build something of their own. Some do both over time.

What this work gives you is the internal stability to make those decisions properly, rather than reacting from pressure, exhaustion, or fear of getting it wrong.

  • Most people don’t come to this work when things are calm.

The programme is designed around demanding roles and full schedules. We meet every two weeks so you have space between sessions, rather than adding more pressure. After each session, I send reflection questions within 24 hours - usually 20–30 minutes of journaling to help things settle and integrate.

You also have WhatsApp access for moments when something comes up in real time - a difficult conversation, a decision you’re looping on, or a situation where you want to respond differently.

Many clients find that once we start working together, they feel less overwhelmed - not because the job suddenly gets easier, but because they’re clearer, less reactive, and not carrying everything alone.

  • Yes, completely.

Everything we discuss stays between us. I don’t share client details, full names, or anything about our work together with anyone - including your company, colleagues, or other clients.

Any testimonials you see have been shared with explicit consent, and only first names or initials are used (with permission).

This work only works if you feel psychologically safe enough to be honest - including about things that might feel uncomfortable to say out loud about your career, leadership, or the industry. Confidentiality isn’t optional here; it’s fundamental.

  • If you complete the first two sessions and feel this isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within the first four weeks.

After that point, payments made are non-refundable, but you’re not obliged to continue with future payments if you choose to stop early.

In practice, the workbook and first session usually make it very clear whether this depth of work resonates with you. I’ve never had to process a refund, but the option is there so you can enter the work without feeling trapped.

  • I understand how unpredictable fashion can be.

If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your session within the programme timeframe. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are treated as complete and can’t be rescheduled.

For genuine emergencies - serious illness, bereavement, or major unforeseen situations - we’ll handle it by mutual agreement, regardless of notice.

I’m supportive and flexible where it matters, but this programme works best when both of us are committed and treat the time seriously.

  • No, I work with clients globally via Zoom. As long as we can find session times that work across time zones and you’re comfortable working in English, location isn’t an issue.

  • Clients who get the most from this work usually recognise themselves in a few of these points:

    • They’re thoughtful and self-aware, and open to looking honestly at their patterns

    • They’re ready to make decisions rather than staying in the same loop

    • They take responsibility for following through on the actions we identify together

    • They’re willing to try things differently, even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar

    • They use the space between sessions to reflect, apply what we’ve discussed, and notice what shifts

They don’t need to have everything figured out when we start. What matters is being engaged in the process and prepared to act on the clarity we create together.

If that sounds like you, you’ll get real value from this programme.
