1:1 Fashion Career Coaching

You've spent close to a decade building your career in corporate fashion. On paper, you've made it.

But the higher you've gone, the less it feels like you.

The creativity and excitement that drew you in to the fashion world is now buried under operational demands, resource cuts and politics.

You're constantly "on" - exhausted, drained, barely present with the people who matter. The next move up feels increasingly out of reach.

Or (if we’re being really honest), you don’t actually want it.

Maybe you're interviewing for a step up but not landing it.

Maybe you're thinking seriously about going independent but paralysed by the overwhelm.

Or maybe the decision about what to do next has been stuck in your head for months.

Your friends think you're living the dream.

You know you're ready for something different.

You need someone who understands this world to help you figure out what that actually looks like - and how to get there.

Here’s what’s possible:

You finally switch off, guilt free and give your nervous system gets a break. When your phone goes off at 8pm - whether it's your CEO, a VIC client, or your team - you can decide what's genuinely urgent and what can wait, without that spike of anxiety and obligation to respond immediately.

You figure out what you actually want - not what looks good on paper or what you think you "should" want. You'll get crystal clear on what needs to be there for you to feel energised and motivated, and suddenly it makes sense why you've been feeling fed up.

You trust your gut again. When you're negotiating a brand deal, pricing your services, or navigating restructures, you'll articulate your position clearly instead of second-guessing everything without emotion.

Your authentic leadership style will emerge, so your confidence shines before you even open your mouth. You'll speak up in senior leadership meetings and you'll feel respected and in control.

You uncover what's actually keeping you stuck - wave goodbye to the people-pleasing patterns that make setting boundaries with demanding VIC clients feel impossible, and to the pressure to always be available. You'll build new approaches that protect your energy without burning bridges.

You make the move you’ve been going round and round in circles about. Land the Head of or Director role with the salary increase you've been underselling yourself on. Launch your consultancy and secure your first luxury brand clients. Whatever your version of "next" looks like, you'll have the clarity and confidence to go get it.

The True Fit™ is for ambitious, experienced women in the fashion industry who want to step up, pivot, or finally get clear on the right next move - without sacrificing their wellbeing, self-worth, or another year to overthinking and playing small in an industry that expects everything from them.

Step 1: The Pattern Edit

We’ll map the patterns in your career so far - the roles you keep being pulled into, the unspoken expectations of the industry, and the pressure to be endlessly adaptable, resilient, and “grateful to be here”.

Step 2: The Fit Check

We'll use my unique Fit Check Tool™ to identify the non-negotiables your work and life must meet for you to feel energised, valued, and motivated - not just employed. We work out what you'll need in your professional and personal life for it to feel like the perfect fit.

Step 3: The Reclaim

We unpick the people-pleasing, over-functioning, and self-silencing that's keeping you stuck in a role that no longer fits your life or ambitions - and replace it with boundaries that protect your energy without burning bridges.

Step 4: The Strength Definition

Using Gallup Strengths, we define your true leadership style and strengths so you can build and communicate your profile confidently - and be recognised at your true level.

Step 5: Runway Ready

Your personalised roadmap to make your move - whether that's securing the promotion you deserve, positioning yourself for your dream role, or building the foundations to launch your own business. We create the step-by-step plan that gets you there on your terms.

Why work with me?

I've spent over a decade in luxury fashion at brands including Liberty, Mulberry, NET-A-PORTER and MATCHES, reaching Head of Region level at NET-A-PORTER leading a world-class Personal Shopping team.

I was successful on paper too…but totally lost underneath. And the long hours reached peaked non-sustainability. Where had my life gone?

Burnout after 6 years of back-to-back personal shopping leadership roles? Tick.

I became fluent in the politics, the fast pace, the pressure - and I can tell you exactly why the traditional aggressive leadership styles don't work for you.

And the cherry on top was that after all that I never felt like I truly belonged in corporate fashion, even as I climbed the ladder.

My confidence has been tanked. I can still feel what it was like to be ready for the next step but doubt my own experience, to not get the roles I was going for and not understand why. Oh, and to have a total lack of feedback chip away at my shiny veneer.

After being made redundant from my well paid role in 2024, I had to figure out what was next. So I completed my Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification and built my own business from the ground up.

I replaced my corporate salary in the first year and still got to work with ambitious women in fashion and consulting to luxury brands on their personal shopping strategies.

Now I work on my terms. I've rediscovered my passion for fashion - the creativity, the relationships, the inspiring people - without the burnout.

I've built my practice around my natural working patterns with space to travel, I've grown the confidence to charge what I'm worth, and I’m now able to listen to what doesn’t feel right and respectfully say no. I'm carving out my own unique space in this industry doing what I love and it finally feels right.

That's why I can help you. Not just because I'm trained in executive coaching, but because I've walked this exact path - and I know what's possible on the other side for you too.

  • ELEVATE is the luxury, tailored 1:1 service you give everyone else - for yourself. We work on what's actually keeping you stuck deep down, then the practical elements (interview prep, pricing, positioning) in the final sessions actually land because you've done the deeper work first.

Most programmes are held in a group setting, where you're working through the same curriculum as everyone else, and they assume the confidence and clarity are already there.

This is transformational work tailored 100% to you, not surface level quick fixes.

  • The guaranteed outcome is clarity. The internal transformations - boundaries, confidence, understanding your patterns - happen for everyone because that's what we work on directly.

The external outcomes - landing roles, securing clients, salary increases - depend on your specific situation and the actions you take. The transformation work creates the foundation that makes these outcomes possible.

  • ELEVATE is specifically designed for demanding schedules. Sessions are bi-weekly (every two weeks) so you have breathing room. Between sessions, you'll get reflection questions from me within 24 hours. This isn't homework - it's processing time, typically 20-30 minutes of journaling.

You also have WhatsApp access for moments when you need support before a difficult conversation or decision.

Many clients find they actually have more mental capacity once we start working together because the decision-making becomes clearer and the overthinking reduces.

  • I understand the instinct, but often this thinking comes from the very patterns we'd explore together in coaching.

If you're going for roles but not getting them, we'd look at what might be happening in interviews - whether confidence is coming through, how you're positioning your experience, why the feedback isn't clear. Building these foundations first makes landing the role more likely.

If you're thinking about launching a business, starting before you have clients lets you build from a place of worth rather than desperation. You'll set pricing, boundaries, and positioning that reflect your experience - not scarcity.

  • That's completely normal, and it's exactly what we'll work out together in the first few sessions.

Most clients come thinking they need it all figured out. They don't. That confusion about "is it still fashion? A different role? My own business?" - that's part of what's keeping you stuck.

The Pattern Edit and Fit Check (sessions 1-2) surface what you actually need - not what looks good on paper or what you "should" want. Once you're connected to what you really want and what has to be present for you to feel motivated, the path becomes clearer.

Then we tailor the final sessions to whichever direction you're heading and build your unique path.

  • Absolutely. Everything we discuss in our sessions is completely confidential. I don't share client information, names, or details of our work together with anyone - including your company, colleagues, or other clients.

It's important that our sessions give you the psychological safety you need to explore uncomfortable truths about your career and leadership without any risk.

  • If you complete the first two sessions and feel this isn't working for you, you can request a full refund within the first four weeks.

After that point, payments made are non-refundable, but you're not required to make further payments if you want to end early.

The workbook and first session typically make it clear whether this depth of work resonates with you.

  • Life happens and I completely understand the demands of the world of fashion!

If you give me 24+ hours' notice, we can reschedule to another time within the programme duration. If you cancel with less than 24 hours (or don't show), that session is considered complete and can't be rescheduled.

For genuine emergencies - serious illness, bereavement, major crises - we'll work it out by mutual agreement regardless of notice period.

I'm committed to supporting you through this journey, and that includes being flexible when you need it.

  • No - I work with clients globally via Zoom. I've coached clients in London, the US, and Dubai.

As long as we can find session times that work across time zones and you're comfortable working in English, location doesn't matter.

  • You're ready if:

    • You're at that tipping point - you know something has to give and can’t carry on like this

    • You're ready to move forward (not think about it for another year)

    • You're open to being respectfully challenged as well as supported

    • You're at least 7-10 years into your fashion career at senior level

This isn't right for you if:

    • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do

    • You're looking for quick tactical fixes rather than deeper transformation

    • You want a full business launch programme (this is foundations only, 2-3 sessions max)

Still not sure? Book a free confidential 30 minute chat and we'll talk through where you are and whether this is right for you.
